- when you submitted your claim
- any emails between us
Why
To process your claim, take payment, moderate content and handle any changes you ask for later.
Submitting a claim doesn't sign you up to a newsletter or anything like that.
Who we share it with
- Formspree, which handles the claim form
- Stripe, which handles payment and billing
- Cloudflare Pages, which hosts the site
- Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused and doesn't collect personal data
How long we keep it
How long we keep something depends on what it is:
- rejected or unpaid claims: 12 months, then deleted
- ordinary correspondence we no longer need: 12-24 months
- claim, order, payment and accounting records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires
- your display name, description, colour and link: for as long as your pair remains published
- records relating to a fraud investigation or dispute: for as long as reasonably needed to defend or resolve it
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to limit how we use it. Just email us.
